If a Customer on an annual plan terminates the Agreement prior to the conclusion of its annual plan, Google will bill Customer, and Customer is responsible for paying Google, for the remaining unpaid amount of Customer’s annual commitment.

To meet the time limits set out in Sections 1 and 2, the Customer shall send the Seller a declaration on withdrawal from the agreement prior to the expiry of the said time limits.
